在传统的京町屋里生活3

三上 宅(京都市上京区)
我们询问了搬回父母老宅的三上一家住在京町屋的生活情况。
*搬回京町屋的理由
老宅的京町屋自从母亲去世后就没有人照看。房顶已经开始漏雨,十分担心如果没有人居住将会加进房屋倾斜的速度,所以决定翻新后入住京町屋。除了三上先生外家人都没有生活在京町屋的经验,也只是每月去个2、3回左右,对京町屋不是很了解,但因为可以感受到京町屋独特的风情和家的温暖,所以给大家留下了很好的印象。
*京町屋周围的社区交流
邻居们都很高兴我们能搬回京町屋居住。搬回京町屋后第一次体验了最大的社区活动地藏盆节。通过参加各种活动和每天的生活,增加了许多和邻居们交流的机会。
*京町屋的生活
京町屋的生活,冬天特别寒冷,即使有地热风也会从门窗的缝隙中侵入,最痛苦的是在厨房做饭的时候。夏天从天窗直射进来的阳光也是特别炙热。但是庭院的四季景色和京町屋的独特风情让人感到生活的乐趣。为了保留京町屋的风情,大部分的建材和内装都保持原样。
*为了继续住在京町屋
我们每年会请园丁来两次打理庭院,为了确保建筑物得到良好的维护,每天尽量留意建筑的状况。
