京町屋的起源和现在 

江户时代
现在京町屋原型的形成
进入江户时代,随着建筑技术和工具的发达,诞生了精细精巧的千本格子和大空间建筑。在江户时代确立了京町屋的精致风格。

明治、大正、昭和
2楼层高和外观设计的变化
到了明治时代后期,房屋的建筑基本上二楼和一楼的层高相同,窗户也改成了格子窗和玻璃窗。大正末期受西洋文化的影响,房屋一楼的橱窗贴上石子或瓷砖,上部使用金属制的格子。具有西方建筑的外观,被改造成一个所谓的 "标志性的建筑"。

防止京町屋的流失,提高保全和继承的意识
从昭和末期到平成受经济构造的变化和泡沫经济的影响,京都市中心的京町屋急速减少。为了保全京町屋,开展了京町屋的各种各样的活用已经制定了监管和指导的项目。

 京町屋的起源和现在 ​

京町屋起源于平安时代中期,江户中期形成了现在京町屋的原型,之后确立了样式。从大正末期到昭和初期,受西洋建筑的影响发生了改变。
平安时代
京町屋的原型是面向马路的小屋
从外地的来的小商贩们成为平安京的市民。以自己生活的中心为据点,建造面向大路或小路的房屋,所以诞生了京町屋。

室町时代
并排而建的京町屋
随着城市的发展,有能力的市民们拆除了面向马路的围墙建筑房屋,就这样,原来开在街上做生意的京都町家逐渐并肩而立。在应仁·文明之乱(1467~1477)后的复兴中城市形成了一个由道路两旁的房屋组成的社区。

京町屋的魅力

经过千年历史的磨练,京町屋已成为古都生活文化的象征。它不仅仅是京都的美丽景观也是世界的宝藏。是日本人珍贵的生活美学和生存哲学的延续。
平成12年,京都市制定了京町屋的再生计划。近年来通过各方的协力支持和努力,京町屋除住宅外还用于商业设施和艺术、文化设施。

但是,每年还会有800间京町屋减少,空房也持续增加。如果这种状况持续下去的话,我们将失去古都。在这种危机下,京都市于平成29年制定了关于京都市京町屋保全和继承的条例并实施。

平成31年2月京都市制定京町家保全和继承推进计划战略提供新的支援制度。
在这个计划里将面向房地产业和肩负未来的孩子们推出关于京町屋的生活文化的教育研修和学习的机会 。将京町屋的价值和生活文化代代传承下去。    但是,每年还会有800间京町屋减少,空房也持续增加。如果这种状况持续下去的话,我们将失去古都。在这种危机下,京都市于平成29年制定了关于京都市京町屋保全和继承的条例并实施。
