Buyer who lives in Taipei, purchased by cash
For vacation in Kyoto
The machiya house was water leaked from top, the floor on the second floor was corroded. We worked with local company, renovated in good condition. Owner used house as vacation house for a while, then purchased bigger machiya house in Kyoto. The Arrows takes care the property as rental house, Japanese couple stay there now.
Vacant Plot near Gion, Higashiyama
Seller who lived in Asia, but moved to Europe 
It was purchased for new construction, but due to moving, owner decided to sell
We found company who wants to use the plot for the car parking business. The buyer used bank loan, Arrows worked as seller agent, received payment temporarily and transferred to the bank in overseas.

Hong Kong residents, purchased under the joint names of husband and wife​
For vacation use and workshop property in Kyoto
We worked as agent for the buyer, and worked for the translation as interpreter, together with local renovation company. After owner purchased bigger property, we decided to sell the property.

We found used house in Sakyo ward near Philosopher's path, land for new construction. Owner worked with famous construction company in Kyoto, built new house and using it when they come to Kyoto. Arrows manages property, work for the bill and tax payments, regular visiting and work with 24 hours security company.

They worked with bank for the property purchase and renovation cost, applied to local Shinkin bank. It's for their residential house, worked designing by them, then worked with local renovation company.

For investment, asked local operation company for the guesthouse business
We used HK company for the ownership registration, asked local architect to design and manage the renovation for the machiya guesthouse. We worked with administrative scrivener and guesthouse operation company for the license application. ​Hayashi was appointed as the domestic plenipotentiary and obtained a license for the guesthouse.

For the investment, we worked together to make a company in Kyoto, opened bank account, work with tax accountant for the tax-reduction strategy. We worked with judicial scrivener to make a company, Hayashi joined company as a company officer to manage the company, work for local operation.

For vacation use in Kyoto
We guided the property through a photo and video tour of the area, owner appointed an agent and purchased the property. We asked a local architect to make some changes. Arrows manages the vacant house until owner comes to Kyoto, making regular visiting, checking the mail, and ventilating the house.
