不动产公司都具有各自的特点。
例如,拥有多数分店的公司,可以发挥利用网络提供的信息,即使是远距离也能交易的优势。而在某一地区长期经营的公司,除房产信息外也熟悉其它的当地信息。房地产公司的这些特点不能通过公司的规模来判断。重要的是参考近邻的声誉等,最终在与房地产公司员工的沟通中做出鉴别。

可以通过网络掌握不动产的信息。即使网络没有信息,也可以通过行政机构了解一定的信息。如果有必要,可以确认不动产公司的基本信息。还可以通过日本房地产网了解不动产公司的更多信息,或者按地区或车站线路搜索不动产公司。

*房产代理业的许可证番号
在房产买卖交易时,需要房产交易许可。如果在多数城市设有办事处(总部、分公司等)的公司,则需要国土交通大臣颁发许可证。而只在一个城市设有办事处(总部、分公司等)的公司则需市长颁发许可证。在不动产广告中确认许可证番号。
